LWL

Lifework Leadership

Lifework Leadership is a process that provides awareness, encouragement, and permission to a new generation of men and women, that they might be agents of transformation in their companies, cultures, and communities. We immerse business leaders in a nine-month process that begins with a formational, two-day retreat and continues with monthly, half-day sessions. We introduce respected local and national experts, cultivate trusted relationships, and initiate intentional conversation to compel leaders to grasp and embrace their role to lead like Jesus in the marketplace. If you are a Christian and a current or future business leader, we invite you to join our leadership community by experiencing the Lifework Leadership development process.
